Unite Medical is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist for a full-time placement covering inpatient rehabilitation and community services with one of our clients in Lancashire, starting ASAP until 2 January 2027.

The role includes consultant cover for a 28-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, alongside one day per week in a separate community role.


Working pattern

  • 37 hours per week
  • 30 hours across four days in inpatient rehabilitation
  • One additional day in a separate community role
  • On-site working required; no remote working

A full job plan is available on request.


Essential requirements

  • Relevant UK experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
  • Approved Clinician (AC) status is essential
